Festival of Trees

A Johnston County holiday tradition each December, the Johnston Medical Mall in Smithfield is transformed into a magical holiday destination featuring beautifully decorated Christmas trees. What began as a fundraiser for Keep Johnston County Beautiful has become a signature event of the Johnston Health Foundation, welcoming more than 15,000 visitors each year.
